How to Add Multiple Product Images and Options to a Catalog

MyKatalog supports up to three images per product. Use the first image as the strongest overall view, then use the others for another angle, packaging, texture, scale, condition, or an important detail.

Avoid uploading three nearly identical photos. Every image should reduce uncertainty for the customer.

Use product options when the same item comes in different sizes, colors, storage capacities, conditions, quantities, or packages. This keeps the storefront cleaner than publishing many nearly identical products.

Name options the way customers naturally ask for them, such as 128 GB, Large, Red, New, or Pack of 12.

If every option has the same price, keep the main product price clear. When choices cost different amounts, give each option the correct price so the customer knows what to expect before contacting you.

Review option names and prices together whenever stock or supplier costs change.

Open the storefront on a phone, move through all product images, select each option, and tap the WhatsApp order button. Confirm that the selected product and option appear in the prepared message.

This short check prevents the seller from receiving vague messages and gives customers a smoother route from browsing to ordering.
