How much does MyKatalog cost?
MyKatalog has a Free plan and a Pro plan that costs ₦1,000 per month in Nigeria or $3 per month outside Nigeria.
What is included in the MyKatalog Free plan?
The Free plan includes up to five products, a custom storefront link, WhatsApp ordering, seven-day catalog activity, and weekly activity summaries.
What is included in MyKatalog Pro?
Pro includes unlimited products, custom logo upload, social links, catalog activity, weekly summaries, premium branding features, and priority email support.
Can I see how customers use my catalog?
Yes. Your dashboard shows catalog views, product views, WhatsApp clicks, shares, and the product customers viewed most during the last seven days.
How long does MyKatalog Pro access last?
Each payment provides one paid month of Pro. Payments are not automatic, and a seven-day grace period keeps Pro active if you need extra time to renew.
How much does MyKatalog Pro cost outside Nigeria?
MyKatalog Pro costs $3 per month outside Nigeria.
Which payment methods can I use?
International customers can pay by card or Apple Pay on compatible Apple devices and browsers. Customers in Nigeria can use the Paystack methods available for their device.
What happens to my products when Pro ends?
After the seven-day renewal grace period, the storefront returns to the Free plan limit and publishes the first five products. Every product and image remains saved until Pro is renewed.
