Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using mykatalog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Description of Service
mykatalog provides an online storefront builder that enables businesses to create and manage product catalogs with WhatsApp integration. We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying features.
Account Registration
To use our service, you must:
- →Be at least 18 years old
- →Provide accurate and complete registration information
- →Maintain the security of your account credentials
- →Be responsible for all activities under your account
- →Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Subscription Plans
Free Plan
- ✓ Up to 5 products
- ✓ Basic features
- ✓ WhatsApp integration
Pro Plan (Monthly)
- ✓ Unlimited products
- ✓ Premium features
- ✓ Priority support
Payment Terms
- •All payments processed through secure third-party providers
- •In Nigeria, each successful Paystack payment provides one month of Pro; renewal is manual and includes a seven-day grace period
- •Outside Nigeria, Stripe Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until canceled
- •You can cancel a Stripe subscription through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period
- •If a Stripe renewal payment fails, Pro may remain available during a seven-day payment-recovery grace period; access ends if payment is not recovered
- •When Pro access ends, the account returns to Free plan limits; products and images remain saved
- •Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- •Pricing changes require 30 days notice
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- ✕Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- ✕Sell counterfeit or prohibited products
- ✕Violate intellectual property rights
- ✕Engage in fraudulent activities
- ✕Attempt to hack or disrupt our platform
- ✕Use our service to spam or harass others
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload (products, images, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mykatalog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service.
